System 7 or “Mac OS 7″ is the latest legacy OS on a cell phone thanks to the guys at Mac OS iPhone. It is pretty surprising that every geek with a lot of time on their hands is deciding the coolest thing to do right now is install legacy operating systems to cell phones.
Android gets a full Linux install
Windows 3.1 on a cell phone is nice start but now we can add a full Linux Desktop OS to the list of operating systems installed to cell phones. Ghostwalker at Android Fanatic has managed to install X11 on his Google Android phone and even includes full instructions on how you can do it.
