Within Windows 7 you can pin applications within the Start Menu to the main menu.  To bring this feature outside of the start menu to the folders and files of your Windows 7 machine, all that is needed is a simply registry change. One of the new features of Windows 7 is Libraries which is supposed to help organize folders of similar types into a “Library” to make them more easily accessible. I have found myself despising this feature more and more every day. If you are like me and would like the Libraries icon removed from the desktop you can do it very easily by adding this simple registry key.
