Google Android’s Internet browser is currently vulnerable
It looks like Android is facing a pretty serious browser vulnerability that was reported at the ShmooCon hacker conference this last weekend. The vulnerability is so severe that many security experts are even saying that Google Android users should not use the Internet browser.
Android might be getting Cupcake crumbs but not the whole cupcake
As promised there are now additional updates regarding the Android update (RC33) that I posted about this morning. It looks like that a few of the updates are components of the Cupcake update. Android users rejoice! T-Mobile has confirmed that they are rolling out a major update to Google Android phones accross the US. The updates will be pushed one region at a time but should be completed by the 15th of this month.
