As is typical of Microsoft they have more internal builds than beta testers will ever see and today screenshots of build 7032 have surfaced. As is expected with more recent builds there have been some changes/additions to Windows 7. Most of the changes are cosmetic such as a new Homegroup icon and additional themes.
The Release Candidate is rumored to be the next public build for beta testers and it is unlikely that 7032 is that RC. Personally I am guessing at seeing a Release Candidate sometime around the end of March. It is possible that it could come sooner than that but I doubt it as Microsoft is avoiding rushing things this time like they did with Windows Vista.
